Monday through Friday from 10AM to 6PM local time. Except holidays.

- How can I make a reservation?
You must complete the registration form for the reservation of the apartment you want to rent, and we will send you a confirmation Email, after which you can pay the 20% of the rent.

- When will I receive an answer after I send the reservation form?
If the reservation was sent during the week we will answer you that same day or the day after, if it was sent during the weekend the answer will be sent the next Monday or Tuesday depending on the volume of reservations.

- How much in advance should I make a reservation?
You should reserve your apartment with at least 3 working days. 48hs. later you will be receiving a message that we are processing your reservation.

- How can I pay my reservation?
You can pay:
- Cash at our office
- With money transfer or credit card by Western Union or Dineromail

- Is the availability of the apartments updated?
Yes, but there might be some reservations in process. We take reservations as they come in.

- What happens if I can not show up?
There is no money refund if you cancel your reservation, with less than 30 days before the check in. If you cancel with more than 30 days notice you can have 50% of your money back discounting the money transfer costs.

- How much time do I have to pay my reservation?
You have 24 hs. to pay for your reservation. You must send us by email the information of your money transfer or payment for us to confirm your reservation.
If you have any delay making the payment you should contact us to reconfirm your reservation.

- Are there any other costs to rent an apartment?
There is a U$S15 fee for early or late check in.

- How much should I pay at the Check In?
You must pay the 80% left of your rent plus the damage deposit that the owner of the apartment will keep until you leave. The landlord will return that money to you if everything is in the same conditions as in the check in. Payment must be cash.

- When and were will I get the apartment keys?
During the check in the landlord and an officer from Urbano Rentals will be in the apartment to welcome you. There you will sign the contract, verify the inventory and receive the keys of the apartment.

- Who will be at the Check out?
The owner of the apartment will be present for the check out at the date and time assigned previously. If the owner can not attend for exceptional reasons an officer of Urbano Rental will be there.

- What happens if my flight is delayed?
We will have your flight number and time arrival to check with the airport if there is any delay. In that case we will arrange the new time for the check in.

In that case you should contact us to inform us your new date and time arrival.

- What happens if I am delayed at the airport?
You should contact us to arrange the new meeting time at the apartment.

- What happens if I am delayed and can't contact you and there is nobody waiting in the apartment?
You should phone contact person mobile phone which was given to you by email before, to arrange a new meeting in the apartment.

We will wait around 30 minutes. After that you should contact us to arrange a new meeting.

Yes, check in at 2PM and check out at 10AM

- How do you calculate the cost of my rent?
a) If you reserve for a week you pay the amount for a week.
b) If you reserve more than a week but less than a month you pay the amount for a day in a weeks rent by the number of days staying.
c) If you reserve for a month you pay the amount of a month. The month is 30 days long.
d) If you reserve more than a month you pay the amount for a day in a month's rent by the total days you are staying.

- How many sheets and towels will I receive?
If you stay less than a week you receive 1 set of sheets per bed and a set of towels per person.
If you stay more than a week you will receive a couple of each for you to change when you need so.

- Do I have to wash the sheets and towels?
If you stay more than a week you will have to make your own laundry. If you stay just for a week there is no need to do so.

- Which are the expenses included in the rent?
All expenses are included with the rent even a maid service once a week in those apartment where specified. Prices are for the apartment no matter the number of guests.

- Which expenses are not included?
Normally the telephone expenses are not included.

- Whom should I contact if I have any problems with the apartment?
Usually you will have to contact the owner for any inconvenience with the apartment.

- What does the maid service include?
The service is usually paid by the owner and includes the cleaning of the apartment once a week.

- How must I return the apartment when I leave?
You must return the apartment in the same conditions as you received it. You don't need to clean the last pair of sheets and towels you used.

- How do I make the check out?
The owner will meet you in the apartment at the date and time arranged. There the owner will check the apartment’s inventory and if everything is all right he will return the damage deposit to you. At that moment you must return the apartment keys back to the owner.

- Do the apartments have an Internet connection?
Some apartments have an internet connection, if so, you must bring your own computer with you. You can check if there is any internet connection in the apartment description before doing your reservation.
